If you include latest happening in library and information science from India and across the world will be useful and appreciated . It is also requested to please try to Publish Ph D awarders in India in the field of Lib & Info. Sci. I know very well, you may face financial crises due to increase in size of newsletter but still you can do it.

Really, the interlibrary loan facility and there prompt response makes DELNET legend in LIS field, One thing they should start scholarship for rural areas students, especially from LIS background.
